Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes; report discrepancies and damages.
- Perform put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch using handheld scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Build, wrap, and label pallets/cartons to specification; prepare shipping documentation and apply compliance markings.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock checks, and bin audits; support root-cause analysis on inventory variances.
- Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards; keep aisles, staging, and work areas clear and audit-ready.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality, and security protocols, including seal checks and access control.
- Escalate exceptions promptly (shortages, system errors, quality issues); support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team leads, inventory control, transport, and customer service to meet daily targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and experience
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in warehousing/logistics is a plus.
- 1+ year experience in warehouse operations preferred; FMCG, e‑commerce, or 3PL exposure advantageous.
- Basic proficiency with WMS/RF scanners; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
