We are looking for a Front Desk Reception to join our team!

As a Front Office Reception, we rely on you to:

• Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
• Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
• Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
• Provide a best-fit solution to fulfil the customer needs
• Ensure smooth efficient guest services at all times
• Assist in enhancing the guest satisfaction scores of the hotel
