Role and Responsibilities:

1. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards: completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.

2. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

3. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

4. Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.

5. Produce, monitor and update of project schedule and progress report.

6. Produce/ consolidate project related documents such as piping material list, painting specification, inspection test plan and standard QA/QC procedure for submission.

7. Coordinate with drafting department to produce all necessary engineering drawings such as skid piping GA drawing, skid structure drawing, pipe support drawing and so on.

8. Liaise with client through email correspondence or progress meeting during the course of the project.

9. Coordinate with project supervisor on the fabrication of the skid systems or other fabrication activities.

10. Summarize bill of material (pipe and fittings, structural steel) indicated in respective engineering drawing for procurement activity.

11. Others special projects & task as assigned by Superior.            

12.  Interpretation of the plans, specifications and special provisions.

Qualifications/ Educations:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management or equivalent required

Experience/ Skills:

1. Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and specifications.

2. Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Project Management, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Supervision, CAD, CAD/CAM Circuit Design, Microsoft Office

3. Positive attitude, time management and organizational skills
