This role will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs, providing expert support to our sales team whilst leveraging construction experience to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. This role is instrumental in translating complex engineering solutions into compelling sales propositions, ensuring clients receive the technical guidance they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify and resolve technical concerns efficiently.

• Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, performance metrics, and customer updates.

• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders, proactively addressing potential delays.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings to effectively support customers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, databases, and documentation.
