Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business solutions to clients.

• Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

• Participate in networking events, meetings, and business development activities as required.

• Monitor market developments and competitor activities to support business strategies.

• Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using computer applications for reporting and communication.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Willingness to travel for business meetings and client engagements when required.
