We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, lead the team, and ensure the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the outlet.
• Lead, motivate, and support therapists and customer service staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer feedback or concerns professionally.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist in achieving outlet sales targets and promoting services and wellness packages.
• Handle cashiering, sales reconciliation, and administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.

Training & Development Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for new employees.
• Train staff on customer service standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Coach team members to improve service quality, productivity, and sales performance.
• Monitor staff competency and identify training needs.
• Work closely with management to implement training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all employees are updated on new services, promotions, and operational guidelines.
