The Analyst plays a key role in driving customer-centric insights through advanced data analytics and visualisation. The role focuses on analysing customer behaviour, cross-selling performance, acquisition and attrition trends, translating complex datasets into clear, intuitive dashboards and insights that support business growth, customer strategy, and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other quantitative-related disciplines.• Strong understanding of customer analytics and insights, marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Key Competencies & Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.• Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset in addressing business and data challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage business and senior management.• Self-driven, resilient, and able to perform effectively under tight timelines and work pressures.
