Report Preparation: Creating and submitting project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Material and Resource Management: Selecting and managing materials, equipment, and labor resources.
Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction principles, engineering practices, and building codes.
Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage complex construction projects.
