Job Responsibilities

1. Requirements Analysis & Solution Design (Core)

• Conduct requirement research, interviews, and pain-point analysis for customers (external clients or internal business departments); deeply understand business scenarios.
• Based on the company's product portfolio, technical capabilities, and ecosystem resources, independently complete writing of feasibility plans, technical solutions, and implementation plans.
• Design business architecture, technical architecture, data architecture, and deployment architecture within solutions; ensure advancement, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness of plans.

2. Pre-sales & Project Support

• Collaborate with sales team/project managers for customer visits; handle technical-level communication, solution presentations, product demos, and POC (proof of concept).
• Assess project workload, costs, and risks; assist in producing project SOW (Statement of Work).
• Participate in bidding processes; responsible for technical proposal writing, presentation, and pitch work.

3. Product & Industry Research

• Track industry trends and competitor dynamics; extract core differentiators and value propositions of company solutions.
• Provide feedback to product teams on market/customer common needs; drive product iteration; standardize solutions.
• Consolidate industry benchmark cases; output sales toolkits (e.g., industry white papers, technical comparison reports, case studies).

4. Project Handoff & Knowledge Transfer

• After project signing, conduct solution briefings to delivery/implementation teams to ensure solution intent is accurately understood and executed.
• During implementation, provide solution-level assessment and decision support for major requirement changes.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, Automation, or related STEM fields.
• 5+ years in related domains (e.g., cloud computing, big data, AI, IoT, SaaS, ERP), with at least 2+ years in solutions architect/pre-sales/business architecture roles.

Professional Skills

• Architecture Competency: Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies (TOGAF, etc.) is a plus; proficiency in at least one mainstream tech stack (Java/Python/Go) or knowledge of cloud-native systems (K8s/Docker/microservices).
• Documentation Skills: Strong PPT/Word writing ability; ability to produce logically rigorous, visually appealing high-quality proposals; proficiency with Visio/************* and similar diagramming tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of [specific industry, e.g., finance/government/retail/manufacturing] business processes, regulatory requirements, and IT landscape.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation skills and on-the-spot adaptability; ability to conduct peer-level dialogue with technical decision-makers (CTO/CIO) and business leaders.

Soft Skills

• Strong customer-centric mindset; skilled at uncovering implicit needs.
• Complex project management capability; ability to maintain clarity across multi-threaded tasks.
• Flexibility for short-term travel (typically 30%-50% depending on project needs).

Bonus
Candidates with any of the following will be prioritized

1. TOGAF, PMP, or AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud advanced certifications.
2. Background from tier-1 consulting firms (Big 4, Accenture, IBM) or leading tech companies.
3. Ability to produce high-quality technical proposals in English; experience with overseas project support.
4. Pre-sales/implementation experience on large projects exceeding 2 million SGD in value.
