What you'll be doing 

  • Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality and consistent food standards 

  • Manage food costs, budgets, and supplier coordination  

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team 

  • Ensure that the latest SOPs are implemented and adhered to across the kitchen 

  • Responsible for staff evaluation, succession and training plan 

  • Provide regular performance updates to area chefs and management 

  • Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safety regulations and licensing conditions  

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen 

  • Collaborate with management to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction 

  • Promote creativity, innovation, and consistency in all menu items 

  • Carry out any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior  

What we're looking for 

  • Strong experience as Head Chef or senior leadership role in the kitchen 

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills 

  • Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency 

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality dining experiences
