Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor), and they are currently seeking for Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration Department) to be part of the team.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Prepare and administer Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company procedures
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters
• Review and prepare contract documents and maintain proper contractual records and correspondence
• Monitor subcontractors’ compliance with contractual obligations and follow-up on contractual issues during project execution
• Assist in the evaluation and administration of variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract requirements
• Support cost control and assist in resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues
• Review and process subcontractor claims, progress payments, and related documentation
• Assist in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters prior to award
• Provide contractual support to management and project teams to facilitate project delivery
• Liaise with external parties and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of contractual and commercial matters

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in Contract Administration/ Quantity Surveyor
• 5 years with above in related scope /field
