Job Description:
Manage and monitor spare parts inventory levels.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and supplies.
- Issue spare parts to technicians/workshop as required.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all inventory items.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and replenishment of parts.
- Track pending orders and follow up on delivery status.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parts store area.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses.
- Support workshop operations by ensuring parts availability.
- Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
