Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain daily store operations, ensuring the accuracy of product listing configurations (SKUs and pricing) and daily content updates.
• Upload products, edit English descriptions and categorizations, and publish content across various sites, ensuring information accuracy, proper formatting, and alignment with the brand tone.
• Optimize stores and product listings, utilize marketing tools and sales techniques to enhance exposure and increase conversion rates.
• Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment. Execute order auditing and handle common user inquiries, feedback, or form submissions, providing initial sorting and routing.
• Analyze sales data regularly to support operational analysis, adjust strategies and propose optimizations based on performance metrics.
• Ensure that all operational practices and website content comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. Relevant experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) is preferred.
• Understanding of product upload rules, transaction workflows, and sales expansion tactics.
• Thorough understanding of platform policies, ability to resolve disputes and safeguard company interests.
• Expertise in e-commerce B2C operations, skilled in driving traffic, with strong marketing sense and strategy.
• Great attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

• E-commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
