Perform desktop-PC, laptop, printer, mobile and peripheral support.
First level support and resolution of technical issues involving desktop clients, standard and client applications, as well as hardware issues.
Provide technical services to end users, resolving issues related to personal computers, applications and IP phones (Android / iPhone).
ManageWindows 10& 11, MS Office Applications, network connections, printer mapping etc.
Manage email message configuration and troubleshooting issues for Outlook.
Must be able to troubleshoot laptop or PC problems down to the board level, set up peripherals, connect devices to the network, and install/replace various hardware components, hard drives, etc.
Perform administrative and other duties as deemed necessary by the IT Manager.
Requirement
Have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting Computers, Windows 10 & 11, Printers and Networks.
Proficient in various computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Basic knowledge in troubleshooting LAN cables & switches.
Basic knowledge in troubleshooting WiFi AP & switches.
Basic knowledge of PBX phone systems.
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
