Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Review production orders and plan work schedules according to production priorities and delivery commitments
• Liaise with internal departments to track production progress and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Inspect materials and components in the warehouse to verify suitability for production, and recommend modifications or corrective actions when necessary
• Monitor production status and assist in resolving operational issues to minimize delays
• Maintain accurate production records and reports as required
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in production, operations, or a related field
• Experience in the metal fabrication, oil & gas, engineering, or construction industry will be an added advantage
• Minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification or equivalent
• Able to communicate in basic English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to coordinate with local and foreign workers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Location: Ulu Tiram & Plentong

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
