Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive, Insurance Administration to support the Company's insurance operations by managing administrative functions, coordinating with clients and insurance providers, and assisting in business development activities. The role involves handling insurance documentation, attending client meetings when required, and ensuring the smooth administration and servicing of insurance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Manage and maintain insurance-related documentation, records, and filing systems.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Liaise with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth policy placement and servicing.
  • Attend client meetings, discussions, and site visits when required.
  • Assist in client engagement activities and provide administrative support for business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, insurance providers, and business partners.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on all matters.
  • Monitor policy renewals and maintain accurate records and tracking reports.
  • Prepare periodic reports and provide regular updates to Management.
  • Perform general administrative duties and any other assignments as directed by Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, insurance or related fields is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in insurance administration and client servicing are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
