JOB DESCRIPTION

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Process and monitor online orders, updating order statuses accurately and promptly.
• Transfer and manage website orders in the company's system (WooCommerce).
• Verify customer payments and maintain accurate payment records.
• Assist customers with order placement and confirm order details to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on order progress and provide customers with timely delivery updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Liaise with the Production and Logistics Departments regarding shipment schedules, especially for special orders.
• Coordinate outlet restocking activities based on sales trends and inventory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for products and packaging materials.
• Process and manage orders submitted by branch managers.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and related supporting documents.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and proper document management.
• Undertake ad hoc duties and assignments as required by management.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and WooCommerce (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
