Role : AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer

Location : KL

Duration: Permanent
Work Mode: WFO

Develop and optimize AI models and infrastructure to deliver cutting-edge AI applications, intelligent systems, and chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and scalable AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI models leveraging the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure seamless integration with application frameworks.
• Optimize existing AI systems and models to improve performance, efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to implement effective data strategies for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI research, technologies, and industry trends through conferences, workshops, and continuous learning.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance evaluation of AI models to ensure quality and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for AI systems and applications.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing by promoting coding standards and best practices.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions in production environments.

Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills

• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer-based architectures.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and tokenization techniques.
• Solid understanding of:
• In-context learning
• Fine-tuning methodologies
• Zero-shot and few-shot learning
• Prompt engineering and optimization
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience working with cloud platforms including:
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Microsoft Azure
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of scalable and secure AI deployment in both cloud and on-premises environments.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
