A rapidly growing logistics company specializing in forwarding, container handling, transportation and goods delivery services.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end export and import shipments operations.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, customs and internal departments to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with customs requirements and regulations.
• Maintain and timely update the shipment records.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM qualification or above.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Possess Customs Agents certificate.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
• Possess D driving license.
• Highly motivated to grow and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
