Job description :

• Manage recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents and staff personal files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, claims and payroll-related matters.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement and performance review activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian Employment Act requirements.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
