The Campaign Programmes team identifies opportunities to improve platform performance through structured programmes, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualise, implement, and optimise initiatives aligned with Shopee’s broader business objectives.

Job Description
- Conceptualise and develop platform-level programmes that support Shopee’s broader business objectives.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives.
- Assist in full-cycle campaign project management; hands-on execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Real-time monitoring of programme performance through various metrics and analysis, evaluating impact, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Translate performance insights into actionable improvements and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Relevant work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Media Planning, or other related fields, is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or other relevant field of studies from a reputable university - Candidates with no/ less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers, analytical, and sharp
- Strong problem-solver with ability to translate insights into actionable next steps
- Team player, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
