**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our wellness team in Singapore. This role combines front desk operations with spa therapy services, offering both basic salary and commission opportunities for motivated individuals.



**Job Description**

• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payment processing

• Provide exceptional customer service whilst maintaining a calm, welcoming spa environment

• Perform basic spa therapy treatments as qualified, with commission-based earnings potential

• Maintain accurate client records and assist with retail sales of wellness products



**Job Requirements**

• Relevant certification in spa therapy or beauty treatments preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous

• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

• Customer service experience in hospitality, wellness, or retail sectors preferred

Experience with SPA/Massage preferred.
