Support Mission-Critical Enterprise Infrastructure

We are partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work within a highly structured and secure environment, supporting complex hybrid IT systems while gaining exposure to enterprise-grade technologies, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure operations across Windows platforms, virtualization technologies, Citrix environments, automation platforms, and infrastructure services.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in infrastructure support, system administration, virtualization technologies, and operational support within secure enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, patching, and operational management of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix environments
• Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure system stability and minimize downtime
• Support day-to-day operational activities, service requests, incidents, and change implementation
• Assist in governance, compliance, and infrastructure maintenance initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on system deployments, upgrades, and technology refresh activities
• Support IT asset lifecycle management, including inventory tracking and equipment disposal coordination
• Ensure infrastructure environments are maintained in accordance with operational and security standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in infrastructure support, system administration, or enterprise platform implementation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities within enterprise infrastructure environments

Technical Skills

Candidates should possess working knowledge in some of the following technologies:

• Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV)
• Citrix Virtual Desktop
• Ubuntu and Red Hat Linux
• BeyondTrust PAM / PIM
• RSA Security Appliance
• Splunk
• SolarWinds
• Tenable VMS
• Veeam Backup
• Ansible Automation Platform

We Are Looking For Candidates With

Strong infrastructure and systems troubleshooting skills

Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments

Exposure to virtualization technologies and platform operations

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively within structured, governance-driven, and secure environments

A proactive and collaborative approach to operational support and continuous improvement
