Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Solution Advisor (Machining) to join our growing team at Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of machining CAM solutions, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the machining industry.
- Grow and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and product training to customers.
- Collaborate with application engineers to provide customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and activities in CRM and comply with company reporting standards.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
- Participate in training, coaching, and development programs provided by the company, includes access to a Professional Sales Management Certification program.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields), Marketing, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, especially in machining, or engineering solutions, is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
- Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest manufacturing technologies and trends.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to a long-term career path.
- Must possess own transport.
