Key Roles :

• Achieve sales targets set by Management.
• Proactively identify, source, and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Actively participate in developer site visits, roadshows, property exhibitions, and promotional events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and service providers to promote product sales and online services.
• Manage and monitor sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and customers.
• Optimize e-commerce operations and sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Track sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate internal sales records and reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for Management review.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and online sales initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to ensure long-term business growth.

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or a related field.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, particularly Shopee and Lazada, is highly preferred.
• Proactive, dynamic, and mature individual with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Able to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work diligently to meet deadlines and business objectives.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel when required.
