岗位职责

  • Responsible for all phase of operations of the department to ensure efficient services at minimum cost.
  • Responsible for the well conduct of the day-to-day operations i.e build-up transfers and document processing.
  • Responsible for cost control in all areas of department activities.
  • Evaluate performance of subordinates.
  • To develop staff knowledge in their day to day operations.
  • A review of methods to find out better ways and bring about work simplifications .
  • Attention to quality standards of output.
  • Other special duties as may be assigned by superior.
