岗位职责
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion
· Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights and advice
· Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules
· Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget
· Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place
· Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
· Lead a team of project team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle
· Support the Project Director in any other Project Management related activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Relevant Degree in Civil/ Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from university recognized by PE Board of Singapore or BCA
· Minimum 5 years working experience in project management of building, construction and A&A works
· Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership to lead a team of dedicated project team members
· Ability to think out-of-the-box
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
· Certification in “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers”
Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
