CONTENT CREATOR & LIVE STREAMING HOST

Location: Baihaki Automotive Sdn Bhd, Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu, Kelantan

About Us:

Baihaki Automotive is a fast-growing automotive service centre specializing in vehicle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and customer care. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and confident individual to strengthen our digital presence through engaging content and live streaming activities across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Produce videos, photos, reels, and short-form content related to automotive services, promotions, customer testimonials, workshop activities, and educational topics.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and promotional content.
• Capture and edit videos using mobile devices and editing software.
• Ensure content aligns with Baihaki Automotive's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Live Streaming

• Host TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and other live streaming sessions regularly.
• Present products, services, promotions, and workshop activities confidently and professionally.
• Interact with viewers, answer inquiries, and encourage audience engagement.
• Convert live viewers into leads, bookings, and customers.
• Work closely with the marketing and service teams to plan live content schedules and campaigns.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in executing online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support WhatsApp marketing, customer engagement, and loyalty programs.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Generate creative ideas to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently in public.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Creative, outgoing, and able to generate content ideas independently.
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms.
• Able to work occasionally outside normal working hours for live sessions or events.

Added Advantages

• Experience as a TikTok Live Host, Content Creator, Influencer, or Social Media Executive.
• Knowledge of automotive products, services, and vehicles.
• Experience running paid social media campaigns.
• Ability to create viral or high-engagement content.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of content pieces published monthly.
• Social media reach and engagement growth.
• Live stream viewership and audience interaction.
• Number of leads and service bookings generated.
• Growth in followers across digital platforms.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
