Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinator at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia. The Event Coordinator will be involved in setting up and ensuring that all the activities related to an event go smoothly.
Responsibility
- Confirm and communicate layouts and set-up requirements for events.
- Assist in event set-up and takedown with all related logistics.
- Perform final checks on the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
- Any ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field / without experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
- Candidates are required to be physically fit
- Candidates with years of working experience in related field can be considered for the role of Event Executive
