Job Responsibilities :

* Assist in cost estimation, tendering and contract administration.

* Prepare progress claims, subcontractor payments and variation orders.

* Monitor project costs and budgets.

* Assist in quantity take-off and cost analysis.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.

* Maintain proper documentation and project records.

Job Requirements :

* Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction or related field.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* 1–3 years relevant experience will be an added advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and construction costing.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Willing to work in Segamat, Johor.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
