Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) Department to ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, inspection standards, and testing requirements throughout the production process.
- Monitor Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC),and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) activities.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformance cases, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product reliability.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and QMS teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
- Review and approve inspection reports, quality records, and product release documentation.
- Lead customer audits, quality inspections, and support customer quality requirements.
- Train and develop QA personnel to improve quality awareness and technical competency.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control management, preferably in EMS or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, CAPA,FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience in managing IQC, IPQC, OQC, customer complaints, and quality improvement projects.
- Familiar with product testing, inspection standards, and quality control processes.
