Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage site workers
• Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely execution of site work
• Monitor progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement safety protocols
• Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports and attendance records
• Assist in resolving on-site issues or conflicts promptly
• Support and guide junior site staff and general workers
• Facilitate effective communication between site teams and project management

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction-related roles
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, safety rules, and quality assurance standards
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment
• Willing to travel or be based at project sites as required

Preferred / Advantageous:

• Possession of valid CIDB Green Card
• Familiarity with interpreting construction drawings
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
