We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Outlet Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Chonky Cookies outlet.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, leading a small team and creating a positive customer experience. While baking and product preparation are part of the role, success in this position depends more on ownership, consistency and the ability to keep the team motivated throughout the day.

The Outlet Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, support sales growth and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the outlet.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain product quality, freshness and presentation standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
• Prepare and bake products according to company SOPs.
• Monitor baking schedules and minimize product wastage.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before serving customers.
• Proactively engage customers and introduce products.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Lead, coach and motivate outlet team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Monitor team performance and attendance.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Manage stock counts and inventory records.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, food & beverage, bakery, café or similar customer-facing operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lead a small team effectively.
• Responsible, proactive and solution-oriented.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
