Your role

• Support Taiwan's Service Supply Chain to meet business and financial goals.
• Manage Spares Inventory to maximize service and minimize costs.
• Review safety stock and coordinate with Taiwan teams.
• Regularly resize stock with Hub/FS to optimize levels.
• Reduce surplus stock to improve health.
• Monitor daily inventory and improve stock accuracy.
• Ensure service stock meets demand and supports growth.
• Track delivery schedules and expedite if needed.
• Control old or damaged stock quarterly.
• Follow company standards for product quality and shelf life.
• Maintain safety surveys and conduct regular safety checks.
• Manage department budget within limits.
• Provide or arrange training on skills, safety, and quality.

• Well knowledge of MRP procedure and strong deal with SAP system for requirements record.
• Strong ability for sizing/analysing of inventories and provision roles in quarterly.
• An appreciation of vacuum technology & semi-conductor practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English combined with the computer literacy required to run SAP and excel spread sheets.
• Ability to work in a team and communication across the function and dept.
• Strong administrative and personal disciplines to handle a multi-task and functions activity with a meticulous approach.
• Self-starter, self-motivator and resourceful, able to take the initiative to resolve local spares issues.
