Provide full-cycle O&M support for Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS), respond to priority 1/2 faults within 1 hour even after working hours, troubleshoot issues and complete post-fault review
Conduct regular platform operation analysis and quarterly risk inspection, deliver professional reports and put forward rectification & optimization suggestions
Be responsible for version upgrade of basic cloud services and gPaaS & AI DaaS services, including solution design, review, implementation, verification and rollback
Handle configuration changes, data migration and patch updates; analyze O&M issues, platform risks and resource capacity monthly
Perform daily monitoring, routine health check (PMI) and data backup & recovery test
Compile weekly/monthly reports, fault reports, risk records and other deliverables, communicate and coordinate with customers
Maintain platform configuration and asset information, respond to customer technical consultation and complete emergency drills
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years working experience in IT operation & maintenance, with over 2 years experience working in multinational teams. Familiar with full tenant O&M processes.
Solid knowledge of cloud computing, network principles, IP network and hybrid cloud architecture; proficient in OS, database and middleware. Experience in HCS, SDN or large data center is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, communication skills and customer service awareness. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
