Rayqis Enterprise is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman / Engineering Drafter to join our team in Johor. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, design documentation, and supporting engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop technical drawings using CAD software and other drafting tools

Create architectural sketches, design drawings, and electrical wiring diagrams

Assist in the preparation of construction documents and building permit applications

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams

Support tender documentation and project planning activities

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field

2–5 years of relevant working experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software

Knowledge of construction methods, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical systems is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills
