岗位职责

  • Experience in modernizing legacy systems or working in hybrid (legacy + modern) environments. Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, or middleware technologies. Prior exposure to automation, AI-assisted support tools, or knowledge management systems. COBOL, Control-M, integration knowledge, AI usage, and internal LLM expertise
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in COBOL programming and maintenance
  • Good understanding of integration frameworks, workflows, and data exchange mechanisms
  • Experience with Control-M or similar job scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and batch processing systems
  • Exposure to or willingness to work with AI-driven tools and internal LLM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
