yWe are seeking a detail-oriented Personalization Operator to join our Production Team. The role involves performing credit card personalization processes, including chip embedding, card printing, and fulfillment activities, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with operational procedures

.
Key Responsibiliti

es• Perform credit card personalization activities based on job sheets and operational checklist

s.• Operate and monitor card personalization, printing, and chip embedding machine

s.• Ensure all personalized cards are produced accurately with zero defect

s.• Conduct quality checks and verify production output before releas

e.• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of materials and card stoc

k.• Support fulfillment and production-related activities to meet client requirements and deadline

s.• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting when necessar

y.• Adhere to security, compliance, and operational procedures at all time

Requireme

nts• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a card personalization, printing, production, or manufacturing environme

nt.• Minimum SPM qualification or equivale

nt.• Basic technical knowledge of machines, computers, and production equipme

nt.• Experience with DataCard, LaserCard, or similar card personalization machines is an advanta

ge.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressu

re.• Willing to work extended hours and accommodate urgent client requests when requir

ed.• Comfortable working in a production/operations environment with minimal customer interacti

on.• Able to start immediately or on short noti
