We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. If you have a solid foundation in payroll operations, a strong understanding of employment compliance, and a passion for managing day-to-day HR functions, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

• Position: HR Executive
• Location: Ampang, Selangor
• Type: Full-Time, Contract

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Proven experience in End-to-End Payroll Processing (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Practical knowledge or exposure to handling Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including drafting show-cause letters and assisting with disciplinary processes.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (essential for official documentation and correspondence).

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage the monthly payroll cycle accurately and strictly on time.
• Assist in managing employee grievances, misconduct documentation, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, and assist in the administration of company policies.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative operations and employee onboarding/offboarding.
