Job Description
- Handle client and account onboarding documentation, including Rockstead internal forms and custodian banks’ forms
- Prepare documentation for Fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and related transactions
- Support periodic review processes, including document preparation and submission coordination
- Perform screening and background checks
- Input and maintain structured product trade details in internal systems
- Perform system data entry and administrative updates accurately and timely
- Prepare, print, and bind portfolio statements, presentation decks, and other documents as requested by the Client Advisors
- Coordinate courier services, document collection, and delivery arrangements
- Maintain proper filing and organization of client documentation and internal records
- Provide administrative and operational support on non-client-facing matters
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative, operations, banking support, or wealth management support roles would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in private banking / wealth management are welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documentation with accuracy
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience with onboarding documentation, periodic reviews, or banking forms would be an advantage
