RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements

 Prepare accurate cost estimates, VO cost analysis and submit VO quotation.

 Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments.

 Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts.

 Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

 Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.

 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.

 Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters.

 Maintain and update contract documentation and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
