Company Overview
As our Company continues to expand, we are looking to hire additional QS personnel to support the project team.

Job Description:

• Prepare tender and contract documentation
• Assess and negotiate tender submissions
• Prepare agreements, letters of award, and work/purchase orders
• Evaluate projects' progress and variation claims, and assist the Management in payment certification and final account settlement
• Monitor projects' work progress and project schedules
• Provide cost advice to project teams and clients
• Liaise with Clients and other relevant parties on QS and contract-related matters
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant project tendering experience in Singapore HDB projects would be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office and related QS software
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and contracts would be advantageous
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
