Operations Assistant

Presto Drycleaners Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s leading garment care specialists with over 30 years of experience in laundry and dry-cleaning services. We combine technology, operational excellence, and customer-focused service to deliver quality garment care solutions to both consumers and businesses.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and customer service back-end processes. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform garment quality inspections and identify defects

• Monitor order status and garment workflow

• Investigate missing or outstanding items

• Coordinate with outlets and operations teams

• Communicate with customers on order updates and garment issues

• Provide administration and operational support

• Assist with process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and interns welcome

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Good communication problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using WhatsApp and computer systems

Working Hours

• Monday - Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
