We are seeking a highly skilled SAS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAS programming, data management, statistical analysis, and business intelligence. This role involves working with large datasets, optimizing data workflows, and providing insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and optimize SAS programs for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into SAS environments.
• Conduct statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning using SAS.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain SAS-based dashboards and reports.
•  Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Optimize SAS processes for improved efficiency and performance.
• Provide support and training to teams on SAS best practices and analytics.
• Willing to support on maintenance troubleshooting and defect fixing.
• Able to support over weekends and after hours occasionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAS programming (SAS Visual Investigator, SAS Macros, SAS SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Viya 3.5 with SAS Studio (preferred), SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS 9 Programming, Python Programming).
• Strong expertise in data manipulation, cleansing, and validation.
• Experience with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and machine learning in SAS.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Hadoop, etc.).
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or SAS Visual Analytics) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with software delivery through CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.

 SAS Visual Analytics

SAS certifications (e.g., SAS Certified Advanced Programmer, SAS Data Scientist, etc.).
