岗位职责
Our client, an established and fast-growing boutique law firm in Singapore specializing in real estate and conveyancing is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead market expansion.
If you are a high-performing banker looking to pivot your skills into the legal tech and services sector, this is your next big move.
In this role, you won’t just be managing accounts—you will be actively driving revenue. Your primary objective is to expand our conveyancing portfolio by originating new business leads, securing panels, and building institutional relationships across the real estate ecosystem.
Proactively source, pitch, and secure new conveyancing opportunities (residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions).
Build and leverage an aggressive network of mortgage bankers, real estate agents, property developers, and wealth managers to secure consistent transaction referrals.
Navigate institutional requirements to get our firm onboarded onto bank and financial institution legal panels.
Deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure the firm remains their top-of-mind choice for legal execution.
We are specifically seeking a hunter profile. This role is highly relationship-dependent, and the ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial, thick-skinned mindset.
At least 2–3 years of experience as a Mortgage Specialist, Relationship Manager (Retail/Priority Banking), or Corporate Banker in Singapore.
A proven track record of smashing sales targets. You are self-motivated, persistent, and thrive in an environment where compensation maps directly to performance.
Native-level fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for client management). You can command a room, deliver a compelling pitch, and negotiate effectively.
