岗位职责

We are not looking for a traditional graphic designer.

We are looking for a Visual Growth Designer who understands that design exists to drive:

  • Revenue

  • Conversion

  • Customer decisions

  • Operational speed

Your job is not simply to “make things look nice.”

Your job is to create visuals that:

  • Increase sales

  • Improve click-through rates

  • Push high-margin items

  • Improve customer purchase behaviour

  • Support fast-moving campaigns across multiple brands

This role sits inside the Growth & Retention Team, meaning every design decision must connect back to measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Conversion-Driven Design

Create high-performing visuals for:

* Menu boards

* In-store posters

* Delivery platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo)

* Social media ads

* CRM/voucher campaigns

* Mall marketing campaigns

* E-commerce platforms

* Website banners & landing pages

2. Menu Engineering & Revenue Optimization

Design with commercial intent by:

* Highlighting high-margin items

* Improving product visibility

* Guiding customer attention

* Increasing upsell opportunities

* Supporting bundle strategy

You will work closely with:

* Delivery Lead

* CRM Lead

* Growth Executive

* Content Lead

3. Fast Campaign Execution

Support multiple brands with:

* Fast turnaround times

* High execution accuracy

* Consistent branding

* Operational readiness

This is a fast-paced environment. Speed matters.

4. Performance Optimization

You must continuously improve design performance using data such as:

* CTR (Click-Through Rate)

* Menu Mix Shift

* Voucher conversion

* Delivery platform performance

* Attention / scan rate

You will:

* A/B test creatives

* Optimize layouts

* Improve CTA visibility

* Refine visual hierarchy

5. AI & Workflow Automation

Every designer in the Growth & Retention team is expected to build AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.

You are required to develop at least:

* 2 AI agents

OR

* 2 AI-assisted workflows

Examples:

* Auto-resize workflow

* AI-assisted menu generation

* AI creative variation testing

* AI mockup generation

* Asset organization automation

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

* Strong graphic design fundamentals

* Excellent typography & layout skills

* Understanding of conversion-focused design

* Experience with:

* Adobe Creative Suite

* Canva

* Figma

* Ability to work fast under pressure

* Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously

* F&B / retail experience

* Delivery platform design

* Menu board design

* Paid ad creative design

* Motion graphics/basic video editing

* E-commerce visual optimization

Interview Task (Important)

Candidates may be required to complete:

1. Menu redesign exercise

2. Delivery platform banner design

3. Promotional campaign asset test

4. High-margin SKU push concept

5. AI workflow demonstration (preferred)
