- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B, restaurant or hospitality operations
- Leadership and team management experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to operations
- Experience in event or banquet operations is an advantage
岗位职责
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and support supervisors, service crew, baristas, and other operational staff.
- Ensure all team members comply with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and manpower scheduling.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.
- Assist in inventory control, stock management, and ordering of supplies when required.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving outlet sales targets.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
- Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) during the absence of the Operations Manager.
