- Attend to walk-in and online customers
- Introduce tailoring services and handle sales enquiries
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order documentation
- Handle paperwork and maintain proper filing system
- Assist in tender documentation and submission
- Coordinate between customers and production team
- Ensure smooth daily operations

*** Working Days: 6 days per week ***

Requirements

- No experience required (training provided)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel)
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Good communication and responsible attitude
- Able to handle paperwork and deadlines
