Job Purpose :

As our Project Manager, you will drive the planning, execution, and successful closing of key manufacturing and facility projects. You will act as the central bridge between cross-functional teams, contractors, and management, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exact specifications to meet our organizational growth goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Plan & Track: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track milestones and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manufacturing Projects: Oversee equipment installation, process improvements, factory layouts, and new product introductions (NPI).
• Risk Management: Monitor performance, identify potential risks early, and implement swift solutions to keep projects on track.

2. Team Coordination & Communication

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal teams (Production, Engineering, QA/QC, Maintenance, Procurement) to ensure alignment.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external consultants, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Meeting Management: Organize stakeholder meetings, drive the agenda, and align expectations.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Data Management: Maintain organized project files, contracts, and trackers (risk logs, action lists) using digital databases.
• Management Updates: Prepare clear progress reports and regularly brief senior management on project health.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Workplace Safety: Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards for all workforce and contractors.
• Food Safety Awareness: Monitor and report any food safety concerns within the facility to superiors immediately.

What We Are Looking For :

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and sharp organizational skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically handling factory setups, equipment installation, or process improvements.
• Industry Standards: Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, HALAL).
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices is highly desirable.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and specialized project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with a highly collaborative and professional communication style.
