Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling & execution of fit-out projects with according to timeline and to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for work arrangement, conducting venue recce, site measurements, making bookings and securing necessary permits.
- Site Management: Monitor on-site progress to ensure work is carried out accordingly to drawing & timelines. Site inspection, and resolve on-site issues related to technical, design, materials & workmanships
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all event-related documentation and administrative records related to projects
- Planning & Logistics: Manage all stages of event planning, including pre-event checklists, on-the-day logistics and post-event wrap-up to ensure efficient operations.
- Completion & Handover: Coordinate final inspections & approvals with complete documentation. Oversee project handover & defects closure or completed projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of proven experience in event coordination or project management
- Proven experience in event coordination or project management within the F&B industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak event periods
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
